We hope that getting some of these questions answered not only encourages you to join us for church, but also helps you to connect with the hope and encouragement that God has for you.

What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at Fountain of Life you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music. You'll enjoy practical messages that help you deal with real life issues; what you learn on the weekend, you'll be able to use during the week. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled Children’s Ministry service.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What should I wear?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Sunday Services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Fountain of Life is not about what you look like or what you wear. We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs.

Are they going to ask me for money?

The offering is for those who are already part of the Fountain of Life family. Instead of wanting you to give something; we want you to get something.

Where are you located?

Fountain of Life is easily accessible just off I355, exit Butterfield Rd. For more information, visit the Times & Locations page.

Do you have a midweek service?

We have a special First Wednesday service which focuses on worship and Bible study, prayer and communion. Check our Times & Locations page for more information.

What about my children?

At Fountain of Life your children are a top priority. We know that as a parent you need to be sure that your children are in a safe environment and that your children are looking for a fun place to learn God's Word and make new friends. We've developed age appropriate groups from toddlers to teens to meet this need. Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry called KidZone as well as life-changing ministry to students from junior high through college.

How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our Church 101 Membership Class. Life groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Our Growth Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership. Begin the process at our next Church 101 Membership Class.

Why do you have small groups?

Small groups, or LIFE Groups as we call them, are an important part of Fountain of Life; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our Life Groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Fountain of Life grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to one that’s just right for you. Learn more about why we’re big on small groups, or find a group to visit in our directory.

How can I get involved in a Life Group?

One of the easiest things to do at Fountain of LIfe is to participate in a Life Group. Groups meet throughout the Lombard area and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, and support. Wherever you live, there’s a small group near you. Check out our online directory and visit a group this week.
